Rod | - Longer than standard thread lengths
- Turned down rod diameter; no threads
- Extra rod extension on one end only of a double rod end cylinder (-DXDE)
- Cross-drilled hole in the cylinder rod
- Rod threads omitted where a standard NT option does not exist
- Spherical rod end (no tolerance)
- Female threads on the standard existing rod diameter
- Screwdriver slot on rod end
- Non-standard male rod threads that fit on the standard existing rod diameter
- Omit wrench flats where they do not currently exist
- 5/16" bore, single acting/non-rotating
- Non-rotating, DXDE design (square rod on one end)

Body | - Customer logo applied to the cylinder body
- Omit Bimba logo
- Mark the customer's part number on the cylinder body

Lubrication | - Special lubricants (silicone, FDA approved, water resistant, Krytox, etc.)

Ports | - Additional standard ports
- Non-standard port size (when standard part will accommodate)
- Ports rotated - other than 90°

Seals | - Special compound seals (EPDM, Teflon coated, internally lubed, etc.)
- Vacuum service
- Special geometry seals (Quad seal, energized, lip seal, etc.)

Stroke Lengths | - Greater than catalog maximum stroke lengths
- Non-standard stroke lengths

Springs | - Special spring forces
- Omit standard spring(s), cylinder stroke length is reduced

Switch Tracks | - Can be purchased separately from cylinders
