Cylindrical Venturi Vacuum Pumps

J Series pumps are ideal for confined spaces, where they can be mounted in-line near the point of use for rapid response. The single-stage design allows ingested contaminants to flow through the pump without clogging ensuring continuous operation. J Series pumps provide a constant vacuum flow, rather than a fluctuating flow typically associated with diaphragm pumps.

The model number for the J Series Cylindrical Venturi Vacuum Pumps consists of the base model acronym (JF, JD JS) plus four alphanumeric clusters. Unlike the other Bimba, venturi pumps, the vacuum level is indicated by the J Series base model:

  • JF 10"Hg [339mbar]
  • JD 20"Hg [677mbar]
  • JS 28"Hg [948mbar]

The alphanumeric clusters designate the flow, operating pressure, silencer option and body material option. Refer to the 2nd chart below for an example of model number JS-200-60-ST6A-304. This is a JS Mid Series pump with a maximum vacuum flow of 200, maximum vacuum level of 28"Hg [948mbar] (JS), operating pressure of 60 PSI, optional ST6A silencer and optional 304 stainless steel body material (anodized aluminum is standard).

Notes: 

  • Part numbers beginning with I- denote a model with G port metric threads
  • Min J Series pumps add a "M" to the vacuum flow level designation, e.g. 100M
  • The Max J Series pumps have 3 alphanumeric clusters, the maximum vacuum flow is contained in the base model part number: JS-300 or JD-350, e.g. (there are 2 vacuum flow options for the Max J Series models).
