Compact Actuators

Compact actuators are becoming more frequently used where modern machine builders have identified space as a premium consideration. Our ISO version conforms to the latest ISO 21287 standard and offers a number of benefits including accepting the M50 standard reed switch or solid state switch inside our integrated switch grove eliminating any chance of external damage, as well as one of the largest number of mountings in our industry.

The standard compact actuators offer substantial space saving, being one third the length of the equivalent standard ISO profile actuator. Our clamping range often referred to as pancake cylinders are offered in both single acting or double acting variants, with a double ended piston rod as standard on the double acting versions.
