Lightweight and compact, VP35 Mid Series are solenoid-controlled venturi vacuum pumps that feature a second solenoid to control blow-off air for rapid part release. VP35 pumps generate vacuum only when needed, minimizing compressed air consumption. Dirt tolerant, vacuum filters are not required. Push-to-connect air supply and vacuum lines save space and assembly time.
- Precise control – individual connections control the vacuum & blow-off duration
- Fast response – no delay due to long plumbing lines; installs close to vacuum point
- Instantaneous vacuum as needed – minimal air consumption
- High productivity – rapid part release, cycle rates up to 2700/min
- Easy installation – modular design speeds installation and minimizes assembly
- Accurate part positioning from positive vacuum and rapid blow-off

How to Order
The model number for the VP35 Series Venturi Vacuum Pumps consists of the base model acronym (VP35 or VP35M8) plus six alphanumeric clusters. These clusters designate the flow and vacuum levels, operating pressure, silencer, switch or sensor options and vacuum port thread. Refer to the chart below for an example of model number VP35-60H-60-AA4-VSMP-QD-6-1 . This is a VP35 pump with a maximum vacuum flow of 60, maximum vacuum level of 28"Hg [948mbar], operating pressure of 60 PSI, AA4 silencer, VSMP vacuum switch with 6" pigtail quick disconnect and threaded 1/4" NPT or G 1/4 vacuum port threads. The base model part # which includes M8 indicates the integrated valves (2) with an optional M8 connector. Note, part numbers beginning with I- denote a model with G port metric threads.
