Max Series Multi-Port Venturi Vacuum Pumps

The Max Series air-powered Venturi vacuum pumps provide the highest vacuum flow rates of all Venturi pumps. The high flow produced by the Series pumps is ideal for the rapid evacuation of large volumes, or for overcoming leakage while maintaining high vacuum levels for the handling porous materials.

VP80-MP pumps have 4 vacuum ports that distribute vacuum equally to 4 locations while the VP90-MP pumps have 6 vacuum ports that distribute vacuum equally to 6 locations, both with “Home-Run” plumbing. The streamlined design minimizes vacuum loss, maximizes vacuum flow and speeds cycle times for safe, efficient lifting operations. [Using the VP80-250-MP - below middle graphic - as an example]. The model number for the VP80-250 Max Series Venturi Vacuum Pumps consists of the base model acronym* (VP80-250-MP, VP80BV-250 or VP80BVM8-250) plus four alphanumeric clusters. These clusters designate vacuum level, operating pressure, switch or sensor options and silencer. Refer to the chart below for an example of model number VP80-250-H-60-MP-VSMP-QD-6. This is a VP80-250 pump (maximum flow of 250) with a  maximum vacuum level of 28"Hg [948mbar], operating pressure of 60 PSI, and a VSMP vacuum switch with 6" pigtail quick disconnect. Note, part numbers beginning with I- denote a model with G port metric threads.The VP80-200-MP series has an extra alphanumeric cluster for the silencer selection; the VP80-250-MP and VP90-300/350-MP come standard with ST8A and ST8B silencers, respectively. The MP in all 3 models designate the pumps as multi-port.
