Max Series Venturi Vacuum Pump - VP80-200 / VP80BV-200

The VP80 Max Series air-powered venturi vacuum pumps provide high vacuum flow rates for the rapid evacuation of large volumes of air or for overcoming leakage in order to sustain high vacuum levels while handling porous materials. The VP80’s are also dirt tolerant, include a straight-through silencer for quiet operation and offer an optional integrated solenoid valve for vacuum control and increased production cycles.

The model number for the VP80 Series Venturi Vacuum Pumps consists of the base model acronym* (VP80, VP80BV or VP80BVM8) plus three alphanumeric clusters. These clusters designate the vacuum level, operating pressure, and silencer. Refer to the chart below for an example of model number VP80-200H-ST6A This is a VP80-200 pump (maximum vacuum flow of 200) with a maximum vacuum level of 28"Hg [948mbar], operating pressure of 80 PSI, and ST6A silencer. Note, part numbers beginning with I- denote a model with G port metric threads.
