Bimba's Mid Series vacuum pumps provide maximum design versatility: designers specify only the features necessary for their specific application. VP20BV models offer an optional 2-way integrated valve. Bimba’s interchangeable venturi cartridge system enhances manufacturing flexibility, enabling designers to choose the vacuum level, vacuum flow, evacuation speed and air consumption based on any one of 11 venturi cartridges.

How to Order Content

The model number for the VP20 Series Venturi Vacuum Pumps consists of the base model acronym* (VP20, VP20BV or VP20BVM8) plus five alphanumeric clusters. These clusters designate the flow and vacuum levels, operating pressure, switch or sensor options and silencer. Refer to the chart below for an example of model number VP20-60H-ST4-VSMP-QD-6. This is a VP20 pump with a maximum vacuum flow of 60, maximum vacuum level of 28"Hg [948mbar], operating pressure of 60 PSI, ST4 silencer and a VSMP vacuum switch with 6" pigtail quick disconnect. Note, part numbers beginning with I- denote a model with G port metric threads.
