Bimba offers 23 models of Threaded Venturi Vacuum Cartridges that can be installed within a very tight envelope by easily threading them into an OEM threaded cavity. All cartridges have the same unique non-clogging, dirt tolerant design that is carried throughout the Vaccon product line. Bimba's Vaccon Threaded Venturi Vacuum Cartridges offer a wide range of performance levels enabling you to optimize performance based on desired vacuum level, vacuum flow, evacuation speed and air consumption.

How to Order Content

 

The model numbers for the Threaded Venturi Vacuum Cartridges consists of the model acronym (C) plus four alphanumeric clusters. These clusters designate the flow and vacuum levels, operating pressure, and cartridge material. Refer to the chart below for an example of model number C60H-PL-60. This is a plastic (nylon) cartridge with a maximum vacuum flow of 60, maximum vacuum level of 28"Hg [948mbar], and operating pressure of 60 PSI. Note, an initial I in the part number designates a cartridge with G port metric threads. Refer to the Threaded Venturi Cartridge catalog pages for thread size data.
