Max Series Venturi Vacuum Pump - VP92


The VP92 Series vacuum pumps are solenoid controlled, designed to interface directly onto a valve stack Sub Base. These high flow vacuum pumps can be used directly in a valve stack to provide vacuum, rather than compressed air in a cylinder port. This eliminates the need for additional vacuum pumps and pneumatic components within an automation system. The VP92 utilizes threaded venturi cartridges, so the cartridge may be interchanged if your application needs change.

The model number for the VP92 Vacuum Valve Stack Pumps consists of the base model acronym (VP92) plus twoalphanumeric clusters. These clusters designate the flow and vacuum levels, and vacuum switch options. Refer to the chart below for an example of model number VP92-200M-C This is a VP92 pump with a maximum vacuum flow of 200, maximum vacuum level of 20"Hg [677mbar], and optional VTMV-QD-6 vacuum switch. The VP92 comes standard with a ST6AX-2 silencer. 

* The operating pressure of 80 PSI is standard, and the 80 designation does not appear in the part number
