- The TRD Pneumatic Control System (Model PCS) is designed to control any 1.50" through 4" bore pneumatic TRD Position Feedback Actuator. The system is a closed loop electronic controller using pneumatic technology that can accurately place and hold the actuator rod at any desired position with a fairly high degree of accuracy and force.
- When combined with a low friction Position Feedback Cylinder (Model PFLF), the repeatability of the system can be achieved up to + 0.004 of an inch at an average velocity of 6.50 inches per second and loads of 90 lbs.
- When used in conjunction with a Rod Lock, the Position Feedback Cylinder can hold position even with the loss of air pressure.
