The Bimba enterprise of companies is committed to a safe workplace. This commitment is demonstrated through its product offerings that help insure worker safety in all of our customer's facilities.
The benefits of our safety related products include:
- Pneumatic Isolation Valves (Bimba's PIV series) that help customers comply with OSHA and ANSI/PMMI regulations by blocking supply air to equipment and exhausting all downstream pressurized air.
- Slide Style Lockout Valves (Mead's SLV series) offer similar benefits to the Pneumatic Isolation Valves but in a smaller package.
- Two-Hand Anti-Tiedown Control Valves (Mead's CSV series) that provide for safe operation of air presses, clamping fixtures and all types of light assembly equipment. By requiring the concurrent actuation of two recessed buttons these valves help insure operators hands stay on the valves and out of the potentially dangerous equipment.
- Dash and Panel Mount Control Valves (Mead's ACV series) have been designed specifically for mobile equipment applications. With its function indicator designed directly into the control knob, these valves also feature an optional interlock reset port. Engineered specifically for mobile equipment to avoid stall conditions, the interlock feature is used to ensure that the PTO cannot be operated while the vehicle is in motion.
