- The T Series has case hardened steel shafts, steel tooling plate and collars, low breakaway friction, black anodized aluminum housing and mounting plate, and precision recirculating ball bearings.
- Approximate Power Factors for bore size 9/16" is 0.2, 3/4" is 0.4, 1-1/16" is 0.9, 1-1/2" is 1.7, 2" is 3.1, 2-1/2" is 5.0, and 3" is 7.0. For example, a T-046-CM will exert a force of 0.4 times the airline pressure; a T-173-M will exert a force of 1.7 times the air pressure.
- Similar to the TE Series, the T Series standard stroke lengths range from 1” increments to 6” and 1” increments to 12”. Standard shock stroke lengths beyond maximum are available; the rear of the cylinder must be supported in horizontal applications.
- The T Series Linear Thrusters are rated 250 psi. Air cylinders are pre-lubricated and sealed at the factory for extensive maintenance-free life. Other options include internal Buna N or external urethane bumpers, patented adjustable cushions, and Buna N magnet for position sensing.
