Flat-II

Flat II is a non-rotating, double-acting cylinder.  Non-rotation is achieved using dual piston rods and a rod end block that ensures the rods work in tandem.  The Flat II is a space saving cylinder, excellent for applications that cannot tolerate rod rotation and also eliminates the need for additional external guides, alignment post or pins.

  • Body -- 304 Stainless Steel
  • Top and Bottom Heads -- Anodized Aluminum
  • Stainless Rod
  • Piston Seals -- Buna N End -20° F to 150° F (-28° C to 65° C)
  • Rod Seals -- Buna N O-ring -20° F to 150° F (-28° C to 65° C)
  • Rod Bushing -- Oil Impregnated Bronze
  • Rod End Block -- Anodized Aluminum
  • Pressure Rating -- 200 psi (Air Only)
  • Bore Sizes:  04 (3/4"), 09 (1-1/16"), 17 (1-1/2"), 31 (2")
  • *Stroke Lengths -- Wide variety of stroke lengths available.
  • *Options -- Three Mounting options, Low and High Temperature options, Lubrication, Port Location, Low Friction Seals, Magnetic Position Sensing and Rod Extensions.
